Having functioned in various leadership roles in several of the larger leading companies in the area... it eventually became evident that managing agents was less productive than actually just handling the work personally. As the saying goes, if you want it done right, do it yourself.

Delegation is still a wonderful thing when needed... and I do have a stable of contacts upon who I rely for certain roles, but now my customers receive the full benefit of working with a 25 year veteran of the market instead of being handed off to a subordinate. Just seems to work better.

If someone wants to work with a huge team where the guy that really handles their transaction is still pretty green, choices abound... and they're certainly welcome to go that route. Just not the way I choose to do business. I'd rather do less jobs and do 'em correctly.

I believe this change will allow improved support for my customers...
and that's what this business is about.
